Monday, June 13thSTRING FAMILY PLAYERS
String Family Players delivers fascinating performances made memorable by great music. Breaking down the stereotype that classical music is inaccessible; the ensemble offers the audience an unforgettable experience as they connect with students through their music. This dynamic string quintet ensemble includes two violins, a viola, a cello and a double bass to create fun and memorable concerts.

 

Monday, June 21nd – TWINKLE TIME

Twinkle Time … a high energy bilingual pop musical for kids. Most recently, this bilingual bundle of energy has made guest appearances on “Two and a Half Men,” recurs on ABC “General Hospital,” recurs on the popular Spanish TV show “A Que No Puedes” and toured in the national productions of “Jesus Christ Super Star,” ” AIDA” and “Footloose.”

 

Monday, June 28th – TINA GUO (CELLIST)
The 23 year old classical cellist and multi-genre electric cellist Tina Guo has appeared as a soloist with many orchestras internationally, including the San Diego Symphony, the State of Mexico National Symphony, the Thessaloniki State Symphony in Greece, the Petrobras Symphony, the Barra Mansa Symphony in Brazil, and the Vancouver Island Symphony in British Columbia. She performed recently at the Grammy Awards with the Foo Fighters, and with Brazilian guitarist Victor Biglione in a Jimi Hendrix Tribute Concert at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janiero.

The 100 piece Los Angeles Pierce Symphonic Winds are among the growing number of nationally recognized and critically acclaimed community bands in the United States. Since their founding in 1983, the L.A. Winds have become a leading force in southern California’s cultural community. As a result of their annual tours throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, audiences all over the globe have delighted in the L.A. Winds’ eclectic programs.

Monday, August 9th – WOOLEY & GODWIN

Chris & Tim will be playing new songs from John Mayer, Maroon 5 & Dave Matthews. They are not your typical acoustic duo that sing and play the songs you’ve heard too many times. They play the songs that bring a smile to peoples faces and get the reaction of “I love that song!”

 

Monday, August 16th – KIDS OF ROCK THEATRE
These professionals and non-professional dancers are empowered to set and achieve both dance and life goals through community service and activism, volunteer work and mentoring programs. They present an array of dance styles, such as Africa, Flamenco, Jazz, Hoofing and Djembe Drumming.

 

Monday, August 23th – A CLASSICAL BLAST

A classical pianist accompanied by a mime. An entertaining show that will delight all of your senses!
