Fifth Grade special supply request
*Please bring supplies on the 1st day of school*
1 Composition Book (Quad, 4 squares per inch; not small squares)
4 Composition Books (Lined, college ruled)
Note: NO spiral notebooks, no loose paper or binders
Homework folder (bi-fold, sturdy with pockets) – NO binder
Glue Stick (Avery) – they have them at 99 cents Store
Pencil/Pen Box Slider – plastic 5” x 8” with lid – 47cents at WalMart, $1 at Staples
Pens – Blue, Black, Red
Pencils - #2 (24 pack)
- Colored (1 pack)
1 Yellow Highlighter
White Board Markers (low odor; no wipes or spray, just markers)
Do NOT bring the following: loose paper, liquid white out
Donations will be requested throughout the year on a rotation so each family only has to bring in once of the following (Room Parents will let you know when it’s your turn): Tissue box, Paper towel roll, Pastel colored copy paper, non-alcoholic hand sanitizer & Ream of white copy paper
